The foundation of my work is the harmonious combination of traditional Thai massage principles with classical European wellness, relaxation and sports techniques. The Thai methods were learned through direct work with masters of the Wat Pho School — one of the most respected institutions of traditional Thai massage.
I view the human body as an interconnected whole, drawing on the concept of fascia and "Anatomy Trains" by Thomas Myers. Muscles, tendons and fascia form a unified network — rather than treating only local symptoms, I work deeply with the entire myofascial system.
